Search for Truth and Return To Science (START) is a registered voluntary, non-governmental, non-political and non-profit making organization of national level in the field of promotion of technological innovation, scientific temper and science communication through the art, craft and technology of modern media.
START constitutes of a dedicated band of Scholars, Academician, Media Professionals, Science Communicators, Scientists, Technocrats, Medical Doctors, Grassroots Technological Innovators, Engineers and Social Workers, firmed up by a series of responsibilities to improve appreciation of science among people at large.
We do public engagement of science communication and inculcation of scientific temper with youngsters in particular at under-resourced schools across the country through screening science films followed or preceded by hands-on science activities and discussion.During the last eight years START has primarily engaged with school children bringing together science teachers and experts to discuss technical concepts presented in the films.
